김정화(1987년 6월 10일 ~ )는 예명 J.Fla(제이플라)라는 이름으로 잘 알려진 대한민국의 가수이자 유튜버이다. J.Fla(제이플라)는 한국의 가수 및 유튜브 뮤직 크리에이터이며 주로 팝 장르 커버곡들을 부른다. 예명인 J.Fla의 유래는 정(J) + 화(花=Flower)이며 2016년 포니테일의 헤어스타일로 이미지 변신을 시도하고 특유의 스타일로 기존의 곡들을 커버한 영상을 유튜브에 업로드 하며 폭발적인 인기를 얻었다. 한국 시간 기준으로 매주 금요일에 본인의 유튜브 채널로 신규 커버 동영상을 게시한다.

본인이 직접 작사 작곡한 곡들중 '그래도 좋아, 화살, 그때 우리, 왜, 파란하늘, 그리 쉽진 않겠죠, 벌써2년, 너에게 닿기를, 등과 같은 노래들은 영문으로 번역해서 새롭게 불러주기를 원하는 무수히 많은 팬들마저 존재한다. 현재 Ostereo라는 영국 솔퍼드의 엔터테인먼트 대행업체를 통해서 Cover 음반 발매를 하고 있다.
